CM|1 Online Coaching is an outcome led approach to your training and lifestyle which will see you out performing yourself week after week.

Tom was really stuck in a rut when he came to me. Same workout over and over again, injuries from playing football and unhappy with his body. This led to feeling unmotivated, uninspired, and lacking confidence. He knew he had to change something but what?

After our initial call he was still hesitant. After all, none of our sessions would be in person, he’d have to do everything by himself in the gym and it would all be delivered via the CM|1 app. Fast forward 10 weeks later and the progress is nothing short of incredible. He’s absolutely nailed everything that has been asked of him!

We’ve taken out his guess work in the gym, reignited his passion for training and got him playing football injury free.

VIDEO DEMOS

Video demos for each exercises in your programme ensure you know exactly how to perform them.

  • HOW IS THE PROGRAMME DELIVERED
    Your programme will be delivered via our app, here you can view your programme and access video demos of each exercise and contact your coach directly.
  • DO I NEED EQUIPMENT
    The programme is bespoke and designed around what you have available, whether that’s a gym or just a few kettlebells. If your goal is building muscle then I will most likely recommend a small selection of equipment to purchase or a gym membership.
  • DO I NEED EXPERIENCE IN THE GYM?
    Not at all. It helps to be familiar with the basics but the video demos will ensure you’re performing the movements correctly. Working directly with your coach you'll feel confident to attack each session and get the most from it.
  • DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
    This is all included. You'll be given specific targets based on your initial consultation and have access to recipe books containing over 150 recipes with 30 more each month.
  • HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT?
    A minimum of 3 months. This is to ensure that we can achieve the best result possible. You can cancel after this period, please notify your coach.
  • HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?
    This is based on a few factors, life and work commitments are factored in but most people train between 2 & 4 times per week. The programme is bespoke and designed around you and your goals and the time you have.
  • IS IT AS EFFECTIVE AS ONE TO ONE COACHING?
    Absolutely. The biggest advantage to online coaching is you can train from anywhere at a time that suits you often with much more frequency at a fraction of the cost of one to one. You still have regular catch ups with your coach and the support and guidance that goes with it.
  • WILL I HAVE TO SPEND HOURS IN THE GYM?
    Certainly not. Each programme is designed specifically for you and the time you have available. Sessions are well thought out and structured towards the end goal meaning guess work and wasted time is a thing of the past.
